Traditional sit-down dinner service
Formal and elegant, and suitable for most high-end events – from wedding receptions to fundraisers.
Typical plated dinner service menus include three courses separately served by experienced waitstaff. Typically, guests choose from two to three entrees, stating their preference when they RSVP to attend the event.

Available as an add-on to to any of our catering service styles. Our experienced bar staff can ensure that guests have the cocktails of their choosing.
Guests can provide alcohol, mixers, and garnishes for an event, with Juliet providing bartenders for service.
Juliet is fully licensed by the TABC and can also provide alcohol for an event, as well as mixers and garnishes to go with our specialty cocktails.
In-house wine director to assist with pairing. In-house tastings available before ordering.
Bar Service set up includes ice, cocktail napkins, straws, and all necessary equipment to facilitate the beverage service for your guests.

Premium Bar includes premium spirits and upgraded wines.

Staff
We select the appropriate number of staff and staff hours needed to successfully execute your event.
For offsite events, our production team will attend site visits, assist with catering style selection and event layout, manage event rentals, and liaise with client’s event planner. larger and/or more logistically complex events, we will have a dedicated captain or event planner on site on the day of your event.
For larger events, we may outsource a portion of our staffing needs with hospitality industry-focused staffing agencies. All staffing is billed by the hour, including travel time to and from our kitchen, with a minimum of four hours per staff person.
Rentals
We can assist in coordinating furniture and table setting rentals.
We partner with reputable, local event supply companies.
We keep an inventory of various dishware, flatware, and glassware in-house available for rent.
